Online fraud costs people in the UK £10 billion a year.
To help combat this Barclaycard had created the Fraud Fighter Tool, to educate people on what to look out for and how to protect themselves.
Trouble was, it wasn’t the most exciting of things.
So, our challenge was to grab attention and drive people to use the tool.
Our fully integrated experiential, social and digital campaign became one of Barclaycard’s most successful social campaigns ever. Generating over 12 million views, achieving Best In Class for ad recall and resulting in a 2100% increase in people using the Fraud Fighter Tool.
It also picked up OLIVER’s first ever gold creative awards.
